  5. I’m unable to see newly added product

 

  • I’m unable to see newly added product (possible reasons below)
    • Product might not be added in the accounting system
    • You haven’t done Update Data
    • Product not authorized for customer
    • Needs to be categorized
      • Select Products 
      • Categorize Products
      • Select Group/Add Group then click on items wanted
      • Press the “===>” arrow to send it to the category
      • Opposite way “<===”uncategorizes it
