  5. Unable to see a customer/customers’ of mine (on handheld or PC version.)
  • Can’t see customer (on handheld or PC version.) * possible reasons below *
    • Customer not added in the accounting system.
    • Customer not assigned to sales rep. 
      • If you assign customers to sales rep in accounting system. 
      • If you assign customers to sales rep in LaceUp. 
        • If the buttons are greyed out, do it in QuickBooks, if not do it in LaceUp
        • Customers > Assign Customers to Salesman
        • Synchronize device again
