- Can’t see customer (on handheld or PC version.) * possible reasons below *
- Customer not added in the accounting system.
- Customer not assigned to sales rep.
- If you assign customers to sales rep in accounting system.
- If you assign customers to sales rep in LaceUp.
- If the buttons are greyed out, do it in QuickBooks, if not do it in LaceUp
- Customers > Assign Customers to Salesman
- Synchronize device again
